Aestheticians
- Aestheticians at
Pilo Arts are highly trained and qualified before they are
hired to join our team.
Once hiring is complete, we provide in-salon training
for products, procedures, and use of the finest equipment.
Prior to being employed as an Aesthetician at Pilo
Arts, you must first successfully complete training as an
Aesthetician and be licensed in New York State.

Hair
Technicians
-
Our hair technicians provide the highest quality of work and
are trained extensively until they have mastered the art of
hair care.
We have three levels in which stylists and colorists
are employed.
95% of our Stylists are graduates from Pilo’s
Master’s Styling/Coloring Academy.
However, we always encourage talented artists to
apply for positions.

Make-Up
Artists
- Prior to being employed as a Make-Up Artist at Pilo Arts,
you must first successfully complete training as a Make-Up
Artist, and have a valid New York State Cosmetology License.
Two years of experience in the beauty or fashion
industry is preferred.

Nail
Technicians
- Prior
to being hired as a Nail Technician at Pilo Arts, you must
first successfully complete training as a Nail Technician
and be a recipient of a New York State License.
We provide in-salon training for new procedures as
well as the finest equipment to perform these services.

Massage
Therapists
- Prior
to being employed as a Massage Therapist at Pilo Arts, you
must first successfully complete training as a Massage
Therapist and be a recipient of a New York State License.
Once employment begins, we provide in-salon training
for products, procedures, and use of the finest equipment.

Styling/Coloring
Apprentice

Pilo’s
Styling & Coloring Apprentices are trained by our top Hair
Technicians. An
Apprentice seeking a stylist/colorist position must complete Pilo’s training requirements, which includes graduating
from Pilo’s Masters Academy.
Prerequisites: actively attending or recently
completed beauty school in pursuit of cosmetology license.

Receptionists

Receptionists at
Pilo Arts are trained to work on our MIKAL computer salon
management program. Full
and Part Time employment positions are welcome.

- Pilo’s
management staff are highly trained professionals that
surpass the expectations of clients, providing the caring
service that each customer deserves.
Preferred Credentials: Bachelors degree, 2 years
experience in the beauty industry, and computer literacy.
